Can I refrigerate or freeze my biscuits upon arrival?
Yes! For the best quality, we recommend storing your biscuits in the freezer for up to six months or in the refrigerator if you plan to enjoy them within 2-3 days.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
We do offer a Gluten-Free Biscuit made with high-quality gluten-free flour. While we take precautions, they are produced in a facility that also handles wheat.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How long does shipping take?
We typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Most orders arrive within 1-2 days of shipment depending on your location.
What are the heating instructions?
Each order includes a detailed care card. Generally, biscuits should be heated in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until the centers are warm and the tops are golden brown.
